Cantilever – New solutions without compromising safety

The utilization of Open Quay wall designs alongside pile-supported platforms dates back to the 1920s. In recent decades, the use of this design has increased.

Existing options for installation of safety ladders on an open quay all face disadvantages on safety level and/or costs. Especially for the person in distress, where these developments have increased the problem of finding and having access to safety. We set out to solve this problem by enhancing the LifeLadder Thor^® to handle the Cantilever challenge.
